Our Orphancare Projects Involve...
- Establishment and Running of Orphanages: Creating safe and nurturing spaces for orphaned children, providing them with food, shelter, and essential care.
- Education and Home Care: Ensuring orphans have access to quality education and emotional support, helping them to develop their full potential.
- Sponsor an Orphan Programs: Encouraging community involvement in supporting orphaned children through sponsorship programs. This helps to provide financial assistance and mentorship.
A Home and School for Orphans in Zamfara
At the 49ers of Zamfara, we provide a safe and nurturing home and school for 64 orphaned children affected by the ongoing conflict. Eighty percent of our students have never attended a classroom before enrolling.
Our holistic environment provides both Western and Islamic education, along with practical skills like farming, animal husbandry, and STEM. These activities help our children develop their minds and bodies while preparing them for a brighter future.
Through play-based learning, we help our children heal from the trauma of their early lives. We nurture future leaders who are deeply committed to humanitarianism and a culture of giving back.
